Police: Victims fight back against home invasion suspectsVictims of a home invasion robbery fought back, eventually hog-tying two suspects until officers could arrive, police said. The seven victims told police that the two suspects entered their residence through an unlocked door and demanded money early Saturday morning. The suspects are Eric Taylor, 17, and Jasmine Williams, 23. The victims said Taylor was armed with a handgun and demanded they get on the floor, said Capt. Keith Barnett, a police spokesman. Williams then began robbing the victims, and while doing so, he also started to sexually abuse a female victim, Barnett said. The victims noticed that Taylor’s gun had no magazine in it and so was unloaded, Barnett said. They then decided to fight back, he said. “When we arrived, we found the suspects hog-tied with electrical cords,” Barnett said. The victims, who are Hispanic, did not know the suspects beforehand, Barnett said. Taylor is charged with seven counts of robbery first degree and is being held on $420,000 bond. Williams is charged with seven counts of robbery and one count of sexual abuse first degree. He is being held on $435,000 bond. www.montgomeryadvertiser.com/article/20100524/NEWS/100524009/Police-Victims-fight-back-against-home-invasion-suspects*click link to see pictures of the invaders*
